At this radio station, established in 2001, teenagers bring their technological talents to the forefront.  As well, they are encouraged to express their true feelings on any issue.  Be it problems or yearnings; music tastes or literature loves, everyone from 13-19 is welcome to bring up whatever is on their mind.
